The 29th Annual Independent Filmmakers Showcase L.A. Film Fest returns to the cinemas of Los Angeles, California.
The festival opens at The Grove entertainment complex in the heart of Hollywood. Our Award Ceremony & Red Carpet Press Events take place at the Director's Guild Theaters. With even more screenings and events to take place at L.A. Live and in cinemas at these locations as well as in classic cinema houses across Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, & Santa Monica, CA.
Showcasing the most extensive collection of undiscovered and independent films from around the world, alongside work from some of Hollywood's best-known independent directors, the IFS Film Festival features hundreds of films, from dozens of countries, providing a unique opportunity for exposure and recognition by film studios, production houses, and distribution outlets.

This is the biggest event of the year for IFS where we honor the best films of the year and hand out the IFS awards. Various IFS Filmmaker Spotlights are open for submission, and films submitted are eligible if selected for screenings at the IFS Film Festival. Check the available categories today.
