In the highlands of Scandinavia, where folklore and reality converge, Hannah travels to surprise her boyfriend, Gregor, over the holidays. Christmas turns into one of bizarre rituals, pagan feasts,and some uncomfortable conversations regarding her feelings on commitment.
Hannah begins to suspect that the woods are full of monsters and Gregor’s family full of secrets older still. They must keep their relationship together and return to civilization or else become one with the woods forever…
